Intuit Pilots Accountant Feedback Program

Not that Intuit doesn’t have a history of collecting and considering accountant feedback when developing its products; however, a new pilot program is getting even more specific about specific product areas.

Specifically, Intuit recently launched a pilot program for accountants to access a tool that allows them to provide feedback on the QuickBooks Bank Feed and Accounting Agent experiences directly to the QuickBooks product team. Access to this tool follows Intuit’s announcement of the new QuickBooks user experience and rolloutof AI agents.

The program is being tested as a pilot through September. Intuit will monitor engagement and feedback responses to evaluate the tool’s usability and impact to determine the community’s interest in using it.

Accountants can access the tool here, signing up with the email used to access their QuickBooks account. The new feedback board aims to centralize conversations, which allows accountants to provide feedback, vote and comment on suggestions, and view a changelog of actions taken by the QuickBooks team to see the changes implemented in real-time.
